About myself
Urban Planner turned real estate investor. Found a niche in small multifamily value add. Buy and hold investor at the moment. I currently own 1 SFR, 1 Quadplex BRRRR, and 1 6-unit rental, but am looking to scale up in value add and get into ground-up development. I am specifically interested in incremental infill development, cottage courts, and gentle density. Located in Atlanta, GA and investing in the southeast.
