My wife and I were pretty ambitious in our early years and started our own coffee company while we were in college. Feel truly blessed to have owned and operated this business with my best friend for nearly 20 years! It has supported us raising our family and keeps food on the table. But as we approach mid-life it’s becoming evident that we really just created ourselves jobs for the past 20 years and not much looking different for the next 20 if we don’t make a change. My role in the day to day operations of the company is important but can be condensed to propbably 2 days/ week so if I use my time wisely I should be pretty flexible to invest time into the real estate market hoping to create passive income and wealth.
