New investor in the Charlotte market. I grew up in Nebraska and appreciate the value of a hard days work! My goal here is to learn and grow as an investor, firstly focused on fix and flip until I have the working capital to handle sitting cash in rentals. Ultimately a solid baseline of rentals and some percentage of fix and flip is where I'd like to land.
