Jeremy Marley

I am currently working as a Realtor in South Eastern Idaho, and would like to use my skills finding deals to help others find deals. I have worked with the Rich Dad investment school for my first deal, but after the first deal fell away from investing. I am ready to jump back in, My income is sustainable but I want to be able to make serious money. Experience: I have done one deal in the purchase and resale of a property using BRRR but we needed to leave the area to achieve personal goals. Real Estate Goals: when I started I had a goal of 20 units I have since learned that I needed to set that goal at 10 times the amount I originally set, so I am setting a goal of 200 units yielding 20% at time of purchase to be able to pay off at accelerated rate. Currently Seeking: partners and mentors in southeastern Idaho, I am also preparing to start a property management company that will better fit the needs of real estate investors with substantial auditing and accountability to ensure proper care is given to investments.
