I am a full-time passive cash flow investor who invests in syndicated/managed opportunities across most asset classes. I also manage a group of over 1,000 investors who seek managed cash flow opportunities. I co-Founded For Investors By Investors (FIBI), a public real estate networking group based in Los Angeles with over 25,000 members across 12 monthly chapters. I am also an Advisor for Realty Mogul, an online Real Estate crowdfunding platform for Accredited Investors. I am originally from Montreal and I am currently located in Los Angeles. I also have an MBA from The Wharton School.
