Hello, My name is Jerimy, I lived in Tampa FL for 9 years and recently moved to Lakeland FL. I'm really hoping to network and find like minded people who are open to sharing with one another. Networking is the name of the real estate investing game. I currently work full time as a National Sales Manager for an Insurance company. I love all the benefits that real estate has to offer. I purchased a house in 2007 while I was still in College and rented all the rooms out. This was a pivotal point in my attraction to real estate. I was making money and paying down my mortgage. It was a Win Win "Thumbs up!" I then began networking through other sources to find deals. Whether these were wholesale deals, tax lien Properties or even a Property that hadn't been listed yet.
