Jerome Ratliff

I tried REI in the past and I failed miserably at it. The problem was I loved real estate but I was afraid to get back in as an investor. So I took a break (a BIG break) and focused on building my savings and increasing my wealth. I am now at the position where I am COMMITTED to doing it again but this time the right way. Although I have done this before I consider myself a Newbie REI (starting over). I am very excited for this next chapter in my financial life and look forward to what real estate can do for my family.
