About myself
Always have been interested in RE investing and am researching more through podcasts and recommended books. My youngest will be leaving for college next fall so I intend to sell my rental or use a HELOC on it to start buying other properties to flip or buy & hold. Experience: One rental property as an accidental landlord. Real Estate Goals: Start to find fix and flips to build a cash base and then buy and hold. Currently Seeking: Knowledge.
