Rental Property Investor
Greetings all! My name is Jerry, I’m a U.S. Army combat veteran, and I now work full time as an Analyst in the MIlItary IntellIgence field. I’m looking to start building my real estate rental property portfolio in Baltimore, MD using the “BRRRR” (Buy|Renovate|Rent|Refinance|Repeat) method of investing, and I’m fortunate enough to have the capitol available to start off as a cash buyer.
