Buy and hold investor living in Erie PA Experience: End of year 1: 3 deals with 5 total units. I house hack one of my duplexes. I self manage and maintain but plan to begin delegating as my portfolio grows. Currently working on buisiness systems, building and raising capital, and then marketing to sellers.
