I am a wife to Jimmy and mom to three small boys. We've owned rentals in the past but moved 800 miles away. They had positive cash flow each month but we had a poor property manager. We sold the properties last year for a profit and paid off all student loans! We are trying to jump back in to the game as we establish life in the south.
