Teacher turned real estate investor: Over the last ten years, I devoted my time teaching middle school students, but after growing my family I realized that my teacher salary just isn't cutting it. Currently, my husband and I have a rental property that is doing well. We recognized the benefit of investing in real estate and are really trying to make this a full time venture so that we can invest more time with our family and build long term wealth in the process. I hope to start small and supplement my salary through house flipping and rental properties. I am looking to learn from those who are experienced!
