My husband and I are new to REI, very passionate and excited to get our first deal in 2021! Our goal is to reach $2000 of passive income in the first year with small and commercial multi-families. We specifically target SMF that are turnkey and under 100K that are mostly in Ohio. Our strategy is very specific, but our main goal in the beginning of building our portfolio is cash flow! Because of this we are not willing to settle for any deal, we only want to land home run deals to hit that passive income goal with 3-4 properties. We want to land our first deal in the next 1-3 months and scale quickly. We would love to find partners to work with. We love talking about and learning about REI. Making connections and building relationships are very important to us. We are motivated and determined to achieve our goal of being completely retired in 6 years and strongly believe it is doable!
