My name is Jessie. I am currently in the process of renovating my first investment: a buy and hold 3 unit "house hack." It was built in 1820 and I'm getting a crash course in mudding walls, redoing bathroom floors with peel and stick tile and grout, and staying sane while juggling 2 jobs and living in a construction zone!
