About myself
I am new to the real estate investment world. Soon to purchasey first property, a 3 unit rental which is next door to the home I am purchasing for myself. I am anxious to gain experience in property rehab, property management and to dive into short term rentals all while updating my new home and working my regular job. Any and all advice is appreciated to help guide me in the right directions!
