About myself
I have my real estate license as an affiliate broker in Tennessee. I have used that license working for 3 years with buyers/sellers in the retail market as well as investors to acquire flip and rental properties. All experience is in residential property and mostly in the investment property world. I am now looking to begin investing for myself. My strategy would be to "flip" properties in order to build capital for aquisition of hold/rental properties.
