My name is Josh Freeman, and I have been living in Tampa for the past 9 years. I'm originally from Rantoul, Illinois and do most business between Central, IL and Tampa, FL. I have been investing in real estate for 3 years. My background consists primarily of retail flips, buy & hold, Airbnb, Short Term Rentals, and wholesaling. My goals for 2019 is to add 20 units to my rental portfolio while maintaining a steady flow of fix and flip/wholesale opportunities. I've purchased properties in Rantoul, Thomasboro, Gifford, Champaign, Mahomet, and Tampa, FL.
