Jeff Gilbert

Hi there. I have been passionate about real estate since I was a teenager. Now a days I work very closely with real estate investors in Simcoe County, Ontario, Canada. Based out of Barrie, my property management company (FusePM.ca) manages investment properties in Orillia, Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Innisfil and Barrie. I am a licensed real estate broker who actively buys and sells. My business has been built with the ultimate goal of attracting passive investments from passive real estate investors. Whether managing the entire investment process or just one aspect, I am confident my team can help or assist you. In addition to myself, Fuse Property Management has four key team members. We have a full time maintenance coordinator who is a licensed home inspector in Ontario. They coordinate and ensure fair honest work, be it in house or through one of our professional contractors. We have a full time operations manager who is also a licensed paralegal. We have a full time leasing coordinator who is also a licensed real estate salesperson. We have a dedicated team bookkeeper. Always open to connecting with others who are passionate about the real estate business.
