U.S. Army vet. New to real estate. Just moved from Lynchburg, VA to Parrish, FL in December 2020. Tired of being in the rat race so I'm sprinting towards FI. 5-yr goals for REI are to: 1) Have over $6k/mo of passive income by 2025 2) Have 62 doors by 2025 (e.g. 2 doors in 2021, 4 doors in 2022, 8 doors in 2023, 16 doors in 2024, 32 doors in 2025) 3) Earn no less than (NLT) $150/door in true CF; have over 10% CoCROI per property. First Step: Looking to invest in either MFH (2-4 door) or commercial projects (12+ doors). Currently searching in the central VA / South Bend, IN / Pittsburgh, PA / NC / Detroit, MI Markets.
