My wife and I deal in real estate. She has owned two houses and I currently own two properties. Our goal is to expand our network and create a substantial passive income. Experience: I'm fairly knowledgable in REI. I took a great class about starting in real estate investing in single-family homes. I own two SFH rentals. I converted my Rollover IRA to a Solo 401(k) so I can grow my wealth faster. Real Estate Goals: To be independently wealthy and not have to go into an office again unless I choose to.
