My client base primarily consists of other investors, and conventional buyers in the $60,000-$250,000 purchase range. Real Estate Investment Experience I’ve been in the business of purchasing and leasing rental properties for the past two years. I purchased mostly distressed properties that are in need of repair and/or redesign. I'm currently looking for financial backers to invest in fix and flip projects.
