Licensed Realtor -Working for University Of Texas, I love my job but I am obsessed with Real estate , did some flips ,seller financing and holding some rental SFH. Looking for whole sale /off market deals for BRRRR or turnkey for hold. Long term goal -Have 10 doors by the end of 2023 and 20 SFH by 2025. I am a people's person and I love managing properties, I believe that the challenges in life are opportunity to learn better.
