I'm a Georgia girl though I've lived in several other US cities throughout my lifetime. I've worked in the marketing profession for 20 year, and am I'm married to an amazing man who recently changed his career to be in full-time mission work. We have 4 dogs and live on a 10 acre farm that is 45 minutes north of Atlanta (depending on the traffic). My husband and I renovated the farm house in 2015 and moved in later that year. I'm a graduate of the University of Georgia and Western Carolina University and a HUGE SEC football fan...especially the DAWGS! I've been in and out of real-estate for over 30 years, ranging from building single family homes to fix and flip to single family rentals. Originally my real estate goals were to add to my retirement and buy a few toys and trips along the way. Now my goal is all about creating passive income to replace my income and have a "road trip" life as I no longer enjoy working in a corporate environment. We currently own a single family and duplex as rentals. Recently we partnered with a couple of other investors and purchased a 20-unit apartment building in north Georgia. We're now focused on purchasing other multi-family properties, along with other assets that generate the best cash flow.
