I'm still learning much about the real estate market and I hope to add more to my knowledge by using the BP website. My venture into REI began with the purchase of my first home (triplex) in 2012. Before I purchased it, I saw an opportunity where I could pretty much live rent free if I rented out the other units. The purchase of my first property sparked an interest in REI. At the moment im looking to venture out of the state of California into more affordable territory. Im open to any multifamily investments. For now, my goal is cash flow!!
