I've been thinking about real estate investing for a long time and decided to take the first step to making this idea come to fruition by joining this community. I am currently a home owner that works a 9-5 job. My goal is to purchase a multi-unit without having to sell my current home within the next year and be able to earn passive income on both properties. Eventually I would like to keep on investing on profitable properties that I can buy and flip or rent out for the steady income.
