I'm a 46 year old sales professional in Oklahoma. My current full time outside sales career has me covering the entire state of Okla but I'm wanting to start creating secondary income (passive) and additional wealth creation through real estate investing. I'm here to begin learning the basics of REI and hope to grow my knowledge base to the point that I feel comfortable enough to get into the game. Looking forward to learning from and sharing with others who are on the same path as me...or very far ahead of me. Aside from my own personal home, I'm a total newbie when it comes to REI.
