I am 70% a buy/hold rental property investor and 30% a house flipper. My wife is also a full time real estate agent. As of 8/16/19 I currently own 18 rental properties and am currently flipping 2 other properties. I am looking to move into syndication but want have my rental base at 50 strong before taking this on.
