About myself
Was very active in real estate in late 1980's. Road the curve up and then back down. Was the capital source in a partnership buying multi units. We had over 20 units at one time. Market went bad in early 1990s so bailed on all properties and started a different business altogether. Now winding down that business and looking to get active again. Have time and money to invest. Cool to see resources like BiggerPockets. Looks like a great concept to connect people.
