Jim Stanton

I've been a licensed real estate agent here in MA but haven't been involved full time since the market started going south back in 05. I've only done a few deals here or there to help out friends, family or my own investments I'm very interested in finding a mentor who is local to teach me more. I currently have a partner and although it's a good relationship, we're both a bit limited in our knowledge. I have a decent full time job, so for now investing is only part time. I'm currently focusing on buy and flip to generate the funds needed to purchase 3-4 unit multi-families. I look forward to interacting with people here and expanding my REI knowledge!
