Jim Wollmer

Hi, My name is Jim Wollmer and my wife and I are at the beginning of our Real Estate investment Journey. I am fully employed as Head of IT for a large Controls company and my wife is a Registered Nurse. We also are 50% equity owners in a local subcontracting business. Our plan is to keep our jobs for the foreseeable future, but reduce the risk of employment through diversification in Buy and Hold cash flow properties. We have 4 kids ages 16-22 that are at a good point to become involved in this journey and hopefully position them to start much earlier in life then we are with building financial independence through real estate.
