Jing Hoyer

My name is Jing Hoyer. I have been living in Colorado Springs since 2008, and started investing in 2012. I am a licensed real estate agent in the state of CO, and I am simply passionate about real estate! I wake up excited every morning about helping clients find their dream home and build wealth through real estate. I graduated from Georgetown University with a dual major in Finance and International Business and a minor in Economics. I earned my MBA in Project Management in 2014. My background in finance and investing in real estate drives me to find the best deal possible for my clients. Outside real estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter and mom. I enjoy practicing and teaching a Chinese Daoist wellness program that reduces stress and restores the harmonious relationship between body and mind. I am an avid skier, and completed the Talon’s Challenge at Beaver Creek in 2015, 2016 and 2017. I studied Finance and Economics at Georgetown University and furthered my education with a MBA. My solid finance background in finance and experience in real estate investing make me an invaluable advisory in your real estate investing endeavor. I love waking up every morning and help clients use real estate to generate cash flow, and/or build wealth with asset appreciation and equity building!
