I have been involved in real estate since 2004, buying my first rental property in Charleston, SC. Since then I have continued to buy and hold property, wholesale, and rehab using hard money, private money, conventional loans and 401ks. My goal is to continue buying property using private money. We want to branch out into short term rentals as well.
