Jon Kazarian

Hello! I'm Jon Kazarian! I graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 2013 with a degree in Civil Engineering. After several years of consulting private and public entities in the field of Civil Engineering, I decided to take a leap of faith and become a Crane Technician at the Port of Los Angeles. While I still enjoy my W-2 job, I would like to increase my passive income through real estate. My love for real estate investing has increased after buying a fixer upper two years ago. I am very interested in multi-family housing as well as flipping.
