As I married man with two kids I realized that spending the greater part of my day in an office is not the life for me. I have been looking into real estate investing for the last 5 years but fell victim to analysis paralysis and would study a lot but not do anything in because "I needed to have everything perfect." At this point I realized that the "perfect scenario" would not happen and I would need to jump in head first.
