I'm in the business of connecting people with their dream home by providing quality service and an experience that is both memorable and fun. I've been a Real Estate Broker in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 10 years with prior lending experience for 13 years. I'm also a Real Estate Investor. Once I bought my foundation home, I began investing in properties for buy and hold where they are generating at least 10% in ROI. I purchased my first rental in 2012 and haven't stopped since. To-date, I have purchased 4 thus far and should close on 6 properties in OH by end of June 2018. I have 1 in IN and 5 units in MI. I've been going all in, having the No Fear, No Hesitation, No Reservation attitude, and instead coming from the mindset of being grateful and absolute abundance. As long as the numbers work, and the property management team in place is in line with my goal, I will continue to purchase out of state where it's more profitable today and build my investment portfolio. My chief aim by end of December 2018 is to have closed on 15 units where they are all earning unbelievable positive cash flow. My goal within 5 years or less is to own 50 profitable properties and ultimately create a financial freedom that will allow me and my family to travel, to contribute, to buy, to give, to enjoy life without worrying where the money is going to come from. Real Estate Investing joined the platform of experience about 5 years ago. I did a partial flip. Sold it in a couple of months for a nice profit. Then bought my first rental soon after. The price doubled so I 1031 exchanged it for 2 SFR's in OH. Action trumps knowledge, if I had known in 2003 what I know now, I would've been in a much healthier and profitable position. Proximity is power, having the right connections can really help excel my business get me what I need. I will continue to pursue my passion, one as a Real Estate Broker who serves sellers and buyers, and two as a real estate investor to build a healthy portfolio that will provide me financial freedom and security for many years to come. Real Estate Goals: To create financial freedom and security, my goal is to have at least 50 cash-flowing properties within 5 years or less. This will allow me to live my life with security and freedom, and most of all, contribute to meaningful charities such as where I volunteer currently with my siblings, cooking for a homeless shelter, and give to those who help animals, children and the elderly. Currently Seeking: I listen to BP podcasts almost everyday. Its given me insight to a much broader world out there in real estate investment. I had lived in a bubble. The main message I receive is that if you work hard and focus on what you want, you will achieve. Having said that, I would like to purchase properties with true turnkey investors who have properties to sell, and are partnered or own good and reliable property management company's. I am open to states where ROI makes sense.
