JODALE Blanding

Retired Air Force active duty (late 2007) Master Sergeant and without a pause began working on Robins AFB as a DOD Civilian. Started government civilian life as depot aircraft avionics/electrician to my present jog as a GS-13 Foreign Disclosure team lead. Now that I’m getting close to my second retirement, I am researching and analyzing property to act on my journey into property acquisition and renting. I have a goal to bring in enough passive real estate income to match (or surpass) my military pension, VA disability, and projected civil service retirement. I am eager to learn from the mistakes and successes of those of you who are actively buying, renting, and partnering in real estate deals.
