Community Development professional turned real estate investor. I have always been committed to bringing people together for mutual benefit, personal well being and fun. I get great satisfaction from seeing the result of my work and love. After working for local government for over a decade, I am excited to be investing in real estate. I currently have one buy and hold single family home w/ ADU in Eugene OR. I previously renovated and sold two properties (one in CA and the other in Portland). I learned so much on each project and can’t wait to dig into another! My 2023 real estate goals include purchasing another investment property for cash flow and equity growth. Developing a 5 year plan to retire early. Long term goals: Replace my W-2 income and build wealth through REI. Live in an amazing home on a body of water surrounded by nature and animals. Motivations: financial, time and location freedom. Direct financial reward from my personal investment of time and attention. Personal satisfaction of a job well done.
