Rental Property Investor
Relatively new to real estate investing - have a condo in Chicago (where I used to live) that has been rented for ~4 years. It helped me understand the value of income generating real estate, but I still have plenty to learn. Looking to invest again in the midwest, as price/rent ratios in California are very high.
