Hi my name is Joe I have been interested in real estate for years but haven't been actively involved, until now. The house Im renting is going up for sale, and we have the first option to buy, so knowing next to nothing about real estate I am scrambling to make this happen, but Real Estate is so high around here, so if it isn't this one I want to get into another home and then exercise a career in real estate. I am a HVAC technician in the commercial industry, I have extensive skills in construction, electrical etc. so getting my hands dirty for doing fixer uppers is not an issue. I would like to learn the ropes of making Real Estate deals. Your program looks like it maybe just the place to start. Latest Up date I am happy to say as of June 2015 we purchased our home.
