I was the managing broker & VP of Texas Acquisitions for a major publicly-traded single family REIT, and I've helped high net worth families and individuals build out private rental portfolios in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. 500+ SFR investments deals. I've also managed renovation and lease-up for 400+ homes representing over $10 million in lessons learned. In addition to the acquisition/rehab side, I've run all accounting, funding, brokerage and post-closing activities, and provided oversight of property management to ensure accurate lease-up of homes, rent collection, and maintenance.
