I’ve been drinking from a fire hose for about 6 weeks and consuming every bit of knowledge I can get my hands on. BRRRR is an amazing strategy and I’m itching to make my first purchase. Preferably a multifamily; even though in this market of hyper appreciation it hasn't been too easy to find one that cash flows without an outbound marketing strategy.
