Hello there, My name is Joel and I live in Santa Maria, California. It’s been about 5 years since I made the decision to immerse myself in learning about real estate investing. I found my “niche” buying rentals and adding an ADU. It definitely helps that I’m a contractor. I currently own a kitchen and bath business with a partner. I have a couple rentals and feel like I’m on my way to financial freedom. I’m a firm believer that the more you expose yourself to real estate materials like books and podcasts, you will inevitably become a better investor.
