About myself
I'm an investor looking to purchase my first investment property in March-April 2020. For my first deal, I want to purchase a SFH in Jax that is either tenant-ready or needs a little TLC to be tenant-ready. I'm looking in the 65-85k range in a neighborhood that doesn't have very high crime rates, and that the crimes aren't murder/sexual assault/shootings.
