I have been researching real estate investing for the past year. My interest in REI goes back further than that. It was only in the last year that I started to do more research by reading and listening to podcasts. My wife has been a Realtor for 6 years. I got my license two years ago, but I do not practice real estate. My license is in referral status. It's there if I ever need it as a back up!
