We are a husband (Joe) and wife (Vanessa) team, looking to finally launch our real estate investing endeavors in 2019 as a means of providing a better life for our family of 4. I just left my career as a Business Team Director dedicated to process improvement in the tech space, to allow our family to do so. My husband's healthcare job is providing us with the stability we need while I am working to complete my real estate license, soaking in as much knowledge as possible, networking with others that have similar goals from whom I can learn, and taking actionable steps. Our goal is to have purchased our first property in Q2 2019 and to use the BRRR strategy to build our portfolio.
