Joe Santoro

Hello my name is Joe Santoro. I'm 45 years old and a husband and father of two. My wife is Dawn and my two children Dana(18) and Joe Jr(14). I'm a steamfitter by trade for 22 years and got started in realestate 11 years ago with my brother in law Herb Wise. We both are landlords of two properties we own. One nice single family three bedroom home now renting to three collage kids in a up and coming philadelphia area. The other is a duplex that has two single bedrooms. Also both rented at the present time and also in and up and coming philly neighborhood. We are now in the process of trying to obtain more rentals and would be interested in doing a flip or two. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to talk to many of the members of the bigger pockets site to get the answers we need to grow our business. Thanks for having me. I'm excited to learn.
