Hello my name is Josh. I'm a single male in my mid 30's enjoying life. I like traveling, flyfishing, and surfing in my free time. I'm a blue collar worker trying to obtain more of our most precious and limited asset: Free Time. I'm here to learn and network in order to achieve my goals. My goal is for my rental income to exceed my current salary. I will obtain this goal by purchasing positive cash-flow properties only. Whether they need some TLC or they are priced below market value or I have saved enough for a down payment that it nets positive. I currently own 4 homes/5 doors and I'm on the hunt for another.
