I graduated from the University of Arizona in 2008 with a B.S. in Economics. I started my first business in 2011 at age 26 as a newly wed, a new mortgage, and $3,000 in credit card debt. Today, I own 3 small businesses with RE investing being my latest venture. I am a licensed lender in Arizona, and I currently own 8 cash flowing rental properties. How I got the real estate itch: My Mom has been a real estate agent since I was in elementary school but I never really had an interest in real estate. That is until I came across Robert Kiyosaki. Robert Kiyosaki’s books is what gave me the courage to leave my job and start a business. His books had a heavy influence on me to explore real estate investing, so I always stayed “curious” on the side lines through my years of being in business. The more I looked further into investing in real estate, the more I became pulled in. In January 2019 I closed on my first rental property. In March I closed on my second. This summer I bought 2 flip houses. My plan with the flip houses is to build enough cash to buy more properties, more specifically BRRRR Properties. My long term goal is to gradually replace the income I generate from my businesses, ($150k) until most of it is replaced with passive income.
