I've been buying-rehabbing-selling (aka flipping) for almost 20 years in the DFW area. A couple new builds. I try to focus on modern and mid-century, but really anything where the math "works". Over 60 flips and mostly higher-end with an ARV over $450k++. Looking to connect with more real estate folks in DFW. We all sit on an island, but should be connected !! My focus now is East Dallas.
