My wife and I are new real estate investors that are looking to establish ourselves in real estate. Our initial goal is to start off with some rental properties that will generate cash flow and reduce our living expenses (we do have a more specific goal defined). We have multiple aspirations when it comes to business and real estate is one of the primary avenues that we want to utilize to become financially free. We read Rich Dad Poor Dad and that book was highly influential in shifting our thinking about money. Personally, I have two jobs with my primary job being a software developer with a lot of previous technical background in information technology. This is one of the strengths I plan on using in my favor as I progress in real estate investing. I have a passion for aviation and love to go flying.
